When we thought up Bar Gelato, we started with a question: wouldn’t it be great to take Naia gelato with you?
We know our gelato is the best you can find, but we wanted to find a way to get it into more places where people can enjoy the great flavors we make. So we worked hard in our kitchens to develop Bar Gelato: authentic, hand-made, premium gelato made by Naia, crafted in a bar form so you can enjoy our gelato wherever you go, whenever you go.
Why gelato?
Gelato is a traditional Italian frozen dessert that is made mainly from milk and not cream. This means that gelato has more flavor with fewer calories. Cream masks the flavor ingredients. Because gelato is made with milk, when you bite into pistachio gelato, that’s pistachios that you are tasting, nothing more. Gelato tastes better because it is better.
Why Naia?
Gelateria Naia has been crafting and serving hand-made gelato for nearly a decade. We take intense pride in not only what we make, but who we make it for and where our ingredients come from. It is important to us that we have close relationships with the other craftspeople and farmers who grow, roast, distill and make the ingredients that we put into our gelato.
